Project Description
The Oral Health and Multispecialty Medical Camp at Kaligandaki-05, Syangja, was successfully conducted on 2082/04/28, jointly organized by BM Foundation in collaboration with Rotary Club of Nyatapola and supporting Rotary Clubs. The camp aimed to provide free access to specialized healthcare services in orthopedics, internal medicine, gynecology, dermatology, and oral health, while raising awareness on preventive care. A total of 196 beneficiaries (94 male and 102 female) received consultations, medicines, and health education, with 30 serious cases referred to tertiary hospitals for advanced treatment. Findings revealed orthopedic conditions like lumbar spondylosis and osteoarthritis, internal medicine cases such as hypertension, COPD, and anxiety, gynecological concerns including infections and suspected cervical cancer, and dermatology issues like eczema, psoriasis, and urticaria. This joint initiative reflects Rotary’s commitment to serving humanity and bridging healthcare gaps.
